What will change at the ZHS from SoSe 2024?
- NO MORE EXCUSES/ABSENCES NECESSARY
After successful course booking and payment, the course place is reserved for you. No written or verbal apologies are required for missed course units.
Please refer to the withdrawal conditions in the ATB/AGB.
- EXCEPTION
For safety-relevant or methodical-didactic courses, attendance is mandatory from the first course date. These are marked or described accordingly. Attention is drawn to the course contents and descriptions. Otherwise, there is no longer any entitlement to the course place or further participation in the course units.
- ZHS ACCESS CONTROL
The ZHS access control (ATTENTION only for courses taking place at the TUM Campus in the Olympiapark) will be carried out directly in the courses at the start of the summer semester 2024 and until further notice, randomly and without prior notice. There will no longer be any checks at the entrances to the TUM Campus in the Olympic Park. Participation tickets and proof of eligibility (ZHS Card) as well as a photo ID must always be carried with you when participating in the ZHS offers (digitally or in printed form) and must be presented upon request during checks by ZHS security staff and other persons exercising domiciliary rights. Participants who are unable to show appropriate identification will be denied participation in events and access to the sports facilities.
- ABOLITION OF THE COURSE FORUM
From SoSe 2024 there will no longer be a course place forum. Please cancel your courses in good time if there is no other option. This will free up space for interested people on the waiting list and create fairness.
TOGETHER we want to make sport a competent and fair experience for all participants! YOU can contribute to this too! How:
1. always read the course descriptions carefully and pay attention to the course dates
2. only book courses that you can commit to and that really interest you.
3. if you are unable to attend, cancel your course in good time. This will free up your place for someone else, who will certainly be happy about it.
4. use our FAQs for questions and uncertainties. If your question is not answered there, fill out the contact form on our website. The administration team will be happy to help you.
