Presence sport summer semester 2021

28.07.: Canoe White Water Intensive in Soca is now available for booking.

28.07.: As of now, the outdoor fitness facility can be used for free training within the ZHS opening hours from Monday to Saturday. For this, the H-tag is required as well as a booking confirmation of the offer (course no. 30901 - 30906).

On 09.08. starts the Beginners Week Rowing.

On 02.08 starts Rowing for Beginners (weekly).

From 01.08. there is a new team boat rowing course.

As of 19.07. new Indoor Cycling courses will start.

Olympic swimming pool: Free swimming starts on 14.07. Early training courses start on 15.07.

09.07.: Many courses have been extended until the end of August. Please check your discipline!

06.07.: Climbing-> Here are still free capacities: Climbing training 22007-11 (many courses are extended until mid/end of September), climbing trips 22603/04

06.07.: Water sports-> Here are still free capacities: SUP Touring courses, SUP Yoga, Underwater Hockey, Windsurfing week in Croatia

06.07.: Archery (open training)-> Here are still free capacities.

06.07.: Taekwondo-> Here are still free capacities.

Information on Climbing/Bouldering: The free climbing and bouldering trainings continue during the semester break!

Starnberg water sports site: Is open. Further important information can be found on the Starnberg water sports site page. As a bathing guest please bring the completed registration form with you.

Olympic Swimming Pool: Swimming courses are open for booking.

Freising: Various presence courses are available for booking now.

Please make an appointment with us by phone or at zhs-h@zv.tum.de. Wearing an FFP2 or medical mask is mandatory upon entering the campus. Thank you for your understanding.

We'll start again!

Dear participants in university sport,

now that the Bavarian government has made far-reaching changes to recreational sports (indoor and outdoor contact sports are allowed again, testing is no longer compulsory, sports without masks, etc.), we have now also received the go-ahead from the university administration and will be able to successively offer a number of presence courses in the coming days.

Booking start is expected to be 14.06.2021. Please continue to follow our publications regarding the re-launch on the homepage and in our social media.

Access to the respective sports grounds is granted by showing your course booking confirmation.

You will be informed separately about the issue of the ZHS card.

ZHS online courses! Free of charge for participants with semester tag

In order to stay fit and bring some sport and exercise home to you despite the difficult situation, we offer online courses!

Attention: Previous H-tag booking is required to join the online courses!
Collection and direct debit will take place at a later date.
After registration you receive your passwort for the online course.
