The semester fee:
is €12.00 for students and €22.00 for other eligible participants and allows participation in Munich's central university sports programme. When you successfully book your first course in a semester, the semester fee is automatically added to your shopping basket and charged once. It is then valid for the entire semester and entitles you to make further bookings. The semester fee is non-cancellable and non-refundable. If your university covers the semester fee for you, the price is set at €0.00 (only applies to participants from Landshut University of Applied Sciences).
The semester fee always applies to the current semester – regardless of when in the semester the first course is booked and the semester fee is automatically added to the shopping basket and charged. The validity expires automatically after each semester and must be purchased again for the next semester with the first course booking.
Participation insurance:
Persons entitled to participate and registered with the ZHS (Course booking confirmation) are generally insured against accidents via the Bavarian State Accident Insurance Fund (LUK), insofar as they participate in official university sports events. All participants in university sports are recommended to take out personal liability insurance to cover claims arising from personal injury or property damage to third parties.
Travel cancellation insurance:
After booking a trip lasting several days, for example, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with a provider you trust. Such insurance protects you from financial losses and unexpected costs that you would otherwise have to bear in the event of unexpected situations and the associated cancellation of your course place at short notice (e.g. additional no-show cancellation fees on the part of the accommodation booked by us)
International health insurance:
We recommend that you take out international health insurance when you book a course with us. It doesn't cost much and saves you a lot of discussions and paperwork in the event of an injury.

Please refrain from making last-minute requests to play football; the pitches are reserved for ZHS course and training operations and external hire for a fee requires a previously agreed contract with Mr Braun (currently the pitch hire fee for external groups of people is approx. 240.00 euros per playing time with a maximum of 2 hours and a processing time of approx. 2 weeks in advance).
The security team exercises its domiciliary rights and is required to expel unauthorised persons from the pitch.
Yes, at the TUM Campus in the Olympiapark - TUM CiO - there are sufficient facilities on the ground floor exclusively for the group of people registered with us. For the locker you will need a € 2,00 coin. We accept no liability for theft or damage. If you have forgotten something, please enquire at our lost property office (see FAQ above). Unauthorised persons are prohibited from using our infrastructure.
The changing rooms in the Olympic swimming hall are located in the basement; you will need the Chipcard you receive at the entrance. Again, we accept no liability for theft or damage.
