First, the so-called Basic Ticket is purchased online, which is required for the one-time creation of our ZHS Card.

Shortly after booking the Basic-Ticket, you will receive an e-mail with links to upload a passport photo and a certificate (in JPG format).

All ZHS participants need a ZHS Card with a valid semester entitlement.

The Basic-Ticket is a prerequisite for access and entitles you to book our offers. In addition, the first booking is also necessary for the one-time issue of the ZHS Card.
Only persons entitled to participate are permitted to purchase the Basic Ticket online on our homepage via SEPA direct debit.
Please note that the Basic-Ticket cannot be cancelled and a no refund is possible.

Always only from purchase for the respective semester!

The validity expires after each semester and is not automatically continued.

Extensions in the following semester are possible: => online purchase of the Basic Ticket and after email request => re-upload of the current certificates (e.g. enrolment, residence, employment, etc.).

Due to technical reasons, it is not possible to send the e-mail directly.

As a manual pre-check of the eligibility is still taking place at the moment, there will be delays. Please wait 10 working days before contacting the administration  - thank you very much!

 

Check whether they are really JPG-documents - the system does not recognise any other documents, sorry!

In this case, the ZHS-Card has not yet been printed. Either because JPG -documents (photo, certificates, etc.) are still missing or because the card is still being printed externally.

Provided that everything has been uploaded correctly, an e-mail will be generated automatically as soon as the card is printed and ready for collection

We ask that you always bring a student or employee ID-card with you to pick up your card - thank you very much!

Maybe it is possible that the current proof of eligibility (e.g. proof of enrolment or employment, etc.) has not yet been uploaded.

Please check and upload as soon as possible. If validation is not possible despite JPG-uploads, please contact the ZHS administration 

 

The ZHS Card must always be collected in person, preferably on presentation of the student or service ID at the TUM Campus Munich or Freising. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send it to you!

The validator is located to the right of the Infopoint at the TUM Campus in the Olympiapark.

There is also another validation device at the TUM Campus in Freising (at Weihenstephaner Berg 13).

Please always contact the Info-Point/Reference at the TUM Campus am Olympiapark (caretaker-office) first. 

If there is nothing there, please contact the ZHS administration (contact form) - we would like to point out that issuing a new ZHS-card costs an administration fee of € 5,00.

If we receive an incorrect photo for the ZHS-Card, e.g. an animal photo or a photo on which you are not clearly recognizable, we charge a fee of 5,- € for the reissue.
