September 20th is International University Sports Day (IDUS). In order to get as many students, employees and alumni of the adh member universities moving as possible, the adh, with the support of the adh health partner Die Techniker, launched the digital adh HOCHSCHULLLAUF in 2020.
With the adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF, students, employees and alumni are equally called upon to lace up their running shoes. Within a given time window, the aim is to cover as many kilometers as possible within 60 minutes - both for yourself and for your own university.
In addition to attractive prizes for those who cover the greatest distance in 60 minutes, the best universities are also chosen. In addition, numerous extras await the participants who have climbed the most meters in altitude during their lesson!
It does not matter whether the full hour is used up. It is important to move at all and thus collect kilometers for your own university location.
Then it's time: Simply track your own result using a smartwatch or running app, take a picture and submit it online. Registration for the adh-HOCHSCHULLLAUF is now possible free of charge.
