Bronze for TUM student Theresa Stoll at the Olympic Games

Tokyo 2020 started one year late on July 23, 2021 and hostet a total of 400 athletes until August 8, 2021. Among them were eight top athletes from Munich.

Between medicine and judo
That being said out of the eight Munich athletes, one person stands out for the ZHS: Judoka Theresa Stoll!
As a registered student at the Technical University of Munich, she is part of the ZHS / TUM family.
She studies medicine and does not give up her sport despite the time-consuming subject. Judo offers her the necessary balance to study. With outstanding performance! Together with the German judo team, Theresa Stoll wins the bronze medal in the mixed competition at the Summer Olympics.

The important 3:2
The score is 2: 2 when Theresa Stoll has to compete against Sanne Verhagen. The 25-year-old Theresa convinces and wins the “Golden Score” against her Dutch colleague. Her team-mate Sebastian Seidl finally secures the medal.
